STEPINI (SIA AWLY Sāta), registration No.  40203742096  , legal address Ikšķiles 5-40, Riga, Latvia, hereinafter – the online store – provides the content available on its website and supplies goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.

1. General Provisions
When a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, this mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is governed by the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations "Regulations on Distance Contracts," and other applicable legislation.

2. Placing an Order
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, is then displayed on the screen. Complete payment for the order to finalize it.

3. Payments
The settlement currency on the website is the euro. Orders can be paid for using the payment methods, provided by the payment platform Montonio / Adyen.

4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, and Canada and worldwide upon request. Purchased goods are delivered using: UPS worldwide and Venipak locally. The Seller bears all duties and taxes payable to receive the shipment at its delivery destination. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2-10 business days after production is finished (please, see the section at product of estimated line). 

5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purpose; the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods have been used improperly or damaged, handled carelessly, or used without following the instructions, or if the original packaging has been lost or is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the reduction in the value of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, submit the withdrawal request to the email address shop@stepini.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except where the reason for the return is that the goods do not match the order (for example, an incorrect or damaged product). 
It is the Buyer's obligation, without delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form, to return the Goods to the Seller. Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will, without delay and no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the Buyer under the Distance Contract.
The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the Goods or proof of their return have been received from the Buyer. If the Buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest one offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate the excess shipping cost.
The online store is not liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations, or any other type of non-performance, arising from circumstances and obstacles beyond the online store's reasonable control.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and to request the return of goods from the Buyer if the price stated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.

6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
The online store is liable for any non-conformity with the contract or defects in the goods sold to the Buyer that arise within 6 months of the date of delivery of the goods to the customer, or that existed at the time of delivery, unless this assumption is inconsistent with the nature of the goods or the defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller of any non-conformity of the goods without delay, within 2 months of discovering it — i.e., submit a complaint.

The online store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request that the defects be remedied, or that the goods be exchanged for new ones, free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will return to the Buyer all payments provided for under the Distance Contract. The Seller will provide a written response to a consumer complaint within 15 days.

7. Processing of the Buyer's Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data that the Buyer has entered when placing an order, such as first name, last name, email address, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) in order to ensure delivery of the goods.
If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may from time to time contact you with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose we may process the email address you provided when subscribing to marketing communications. The Buyer may opt out of marketing communications at any time by notifying us at shop@stepini.com

8. Dispute Resolution
On matters not addressed in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller agree to comply with the legislation in force in the Republic of Latvia & European Union.
The parties will resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiation or correspondence. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the parties will resolve it in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with Latvian legislation. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may also be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer also has the right to refer disputes to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
