Each bed is delivered in multi packs, each about 10 kg. Approx. 5-10 packs per bed. We pack very safely, plus shipment is insured for any damages.

Our shop is powered by Shopify payments / Stripe. Shopify Payments is one of the most secure payment processors available. Each order is eligible for dispute and refund by Stripe dispute policy, just as on Etsy.

Most of the models are produced to order, in 4-6 weeks. You will be informed about delivery window after placing the order by our client manager. If you need the bed for a special date, feel free to contact and discuss possibility.

Yes, each bed is made special for client, so you can make any changes to our models or ask for your dream bed project.
